"We absolutely loved our stay at the Iron Gate Hotel in Prague. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt special. We were kindly upgraded to a beautiful, enormous suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The high ceilings, elegant bathtub, courtyard view, and old-world details gave the room so much character and perfectly captured the historic charm of Prague. The entire staff treated us with genuine kindness and respect. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the bellman was always there to assist with our luggage and make sure our car was ready when we needed it. That thoughtful service made us feel truly valued as guests. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Old Prague and just a stone’s throw from the Astronomical Clock, restaurants, shops, and the lively atmosphere of Old Town. Despite being so close to everything, the hotel still felt peaceful and charming. We would highly recommend the Iron Gate Hotel to anyone visiting Prague. The beautiful room, historic atmosphere, excellent location, and wonderful staff made our stay unforgettable."

"This hotel is in an amazing location. It is clean, breakfast is great, room was a bit small but still very nice. The sofa bed was very comfortable. We were 3 people, that’s why I say the room was a bit small. There’s a multilevel shopping mall within very short walking distance called the Palladium. You can find everything there, from pharmacy to Indian self service buffet, and everything in between. Very nice. But most importantly the staff at this hotel - THEY ARE AMAZING. Let me name some names: Veronika: sweet young lady, works only on weekends. Extremely nice and helpful. She went out of her way to help me. Thank you sweet Veronika! Marcel: Super nice man, checked us in, very helpful and accommodating. Thank you, Marcel! Himanshi: Extremely friendly and nice. Helped me plan a whole day’s worth of sightseeing. Very helpful. Thank you, Himanshi! Barbora, polite, sweet and very personable. Checked us out, great help. Thank you very much, Barbora! Great hotel. In my opinion 5 stars. Thank you, will stay there again. We left our hearts in Prague- will be back to fetch!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Its location is great and walkable to many of the main attractions. Our room was small but was totally fine for 2 people. The reception staff were really helpful and attentive, cannot fault them. I will note, that the room smells a bit musty and old? But we either got used to it, or it went away with the windows open. The windows do need to be shut to have the aircon operational though. The carpet in the corridors looks dirty and outdated."

"Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location met my needs perfectly. My only suggestion for improvement is the shower/tub design. The bathtub had unusually high sides, making it difficult to step in and out safely. I'm 6'3", and even I had to bend my legs quite a bit to get in and out. It made me think that older guests or anyone with limited mobility could have a difficult time and potentially be at risk of slipping or falling. Other than that, I had a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."
