"The air conditioning was not turned on even though it was 30 Celsius outside. When we asked about it we were told it hadn’t been turned on yet and it was up to the manager to decide if it was hot enough. Our room was on the third floor - heat rises - it was too hot to sleep. The hotel has one side where there is no elevator access. The hotel description says it has an elevator. We would not have booked here if we knew we had to use stairs.
