"Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Großzügiges Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal (besonders beim Frühstück) und sehr sauberes Hotel an sich. Der Sauna Bereich war ebenfalls sehr schön, klein aber super angenehm.
Das Hotel ist fußläufig vom HBF erreichbar."

"I’m always happy with my stays in any Hilton hotels, same goes to this one too! However, we encounter only 1 problem, both of the rooms we booked and stayed have air-cond issues, we felt too warm in the room while sleeping so we didn’t get good night sleep that night. "

"One-star review
Extremely disappointing experience, mainly due to the appalling customer service.
During our three-night stay, the shower was not draining properly and the sewage water eventually flooded the bathroom. The entire bathroom floor was covered in dirty water, causing us considerable distress. I unfortunately slipped, hurt my back, and then had to clean up the flooded bathroom myself using a floor towel.
We reported the issue as soon as we were able to, and were repeatedly told...

7.6 daripada 10, Baik, (15 ulasan)
"Our room faced a busy road, so it was quite noisy. There was no air conditioning, which made the room very hot. In addition, the window blinds didn't provide full blackout coverage, so the room became bright early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep. The Wi-Fi connection was also very poor and frequently dropped out."
