"Arrived after a long weekend of work to relax ..! Arrived to a birthday party or similar event,checked in and was told no bar no restaurant no pool,would have been good to advise when booking not when we arrived, when being shown to our room i had to climb stairs as lift had floor cleaner blocking and receptionist would not move,she then stood at top of stairs watching me struggle with my case(i'm disabled and on crutches to walk) completely ignored me as if she had better things to do.... Being tired after 4 hour drive i thought may have a sleep but hell no we then had 10 hours of loud ...really loud music till 2:00 in the morning....Great Hey cant get worse can it.....breakfast consisted of one coffee as never saw the waiter after 1st cup arrived, terrible choice , couple of butter wraps, two slices of bread , some rolls and 5 croissants, bottled juice, 1 orange and apple had better choices in a 50euro hotel in france, never bothered next day went to cafe down the road... And just to add in a two day stay we only saw a couple of people twice,no hospitality at all.. Please save your money there's better hotels in Udine i know as i use them normally Will never use this place again..."

"Nice clean room. Nice view. Bed nice and firm. Room a little stuffy but left the window (no screen) open through the night. Very nice receptionist. Breaki a lil disappointing. Good location, nice neighborhood."

"Very conveniently located close to the airport. Easy parking. Breakfast Buffett starts at 5AM but I had to be at the airport at 5 so didn't get a chance to check it out. My room was spacious, bathroom clean and updated. Perfect if you need to stay close to the airport."

"The receptionist was exceptional. Unfortunately did not get his name(he had a beard) but he went out of his way for us. Printed off instructions and photos for the local shop to purchase airport tickets. Extremely welcoming and both professional and friendly. Recommend a particular local wine,which was exquisite. Breakfast was very pleasant Slightly old fashioned hotel. But there is a charm in that itself"

"The hotel is easy to find across from the train station. And its also easy to find if you get your self turned around. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. The walk to the historical sites was not far and easy. There are shops near by if you forgot anything."
