"We literally can’t fault this property, my wife and I stayed 3 nights in this beautiful hotel. Even though we didn’t speak Spanish, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. "Can't recommend this hotel enough. The staff are a credit to the way it's managed, they're all so friendly, welcoming, professional and amazingly effective that every aspect of the stay became a breeze. They went out of their way to assist when our previous hotel let us down, and when we got there they couldn't have been better. The hotel is immaculate and the pool area (and cocktail van) are such a nice place to spend any amount of time. There aren't many sunbeds (plenty of seated areas) but we never struggled to get a bed when we wanted one. Will definitely become our default choice when next in the area."

"Everything was perfect! The suite we had was spacious, the bed for the adults and the extra bed for the kid were comfortable, the shows had great water pressure. The buffet breakfast was scrumptious. The outdoor pool was phenomenal. We did not use the spa services because they were not open for children."
