"A variety of options at breakfast, food was good quality. Staff were professional and friendly. Excellent location, we had a bay view room with a balcony. Room was clean and comfortable. WiFi worked well. We only stayed one night and would happily stay longer."

"The only issue was with the lack of a wake up call on my first day when I had a morning tour planned. Neither of the two I requested went through. However, I am in a Portuguese speaking country and was not equipped to request a wake-up call in that language. The one staff member was not able to understand me, so I noted the next time I asked for a call, she wrote an hour later down- when I noted it, and wrote the correct time, she had another staff member aid me and we were able to communicate effectively and she addressed my concerns and called the tour company to assure I would be picked up. Breakfast was filling and worth it!"
