"The staff was excellent. The hallways on floor 8 was terrible the carpet was rippled that could cause a trip hazard. The room was ok ,nice and comfortable. Didn't like the sliding bathroom door . They didnt have the pool open said ther renovating it.which sucked. There was a advertisement that said they had shuttle service for the ACDC Concert free there and back ,but they didnt, so we had to take a cab at $20 per person so there were three of us and we walked 2 miles back afterwards. You have to pay for your own breakfast. I spent alot of money that one night , 1500 for 3 tickets to concert, hotel room and cab. The staff was beyond helpful and nice , the cab they suggested was excellent just expensive. Overall I would stay there again ."

"This hotel is very clean and very close to the South Bend Airport. The staff was great. The Desk Clerk even came up to help us get our TV remote to sync to the TV. It had a full size fridge with a freezer and ice maker. Also it was stocked with plates, silverware and drink ware. There was a dishwasher and stovetop too. Bed was very comfortable and the shower had great pressure and drainage. It was a great value and we’d stay again for sure!!"
