"We didn’t realize you need advance entry into arches so we were xtra early for checkin. The gentleman was very kind and let us check in at 2 verses 3. We had an issue with tv and microwave not working and we called and he was there within one minute!! Previous guest unplugged the whole unit from behind the dresser. Weird.
