"Nice property, well equipped kitchen. Great location ( near pub, shops, fantastic cafe. ) The only downside was automatic check in didn’t go smoothly and very hard to contact anyone so took almost an hour of hanging around before we could access room. Such a shame because otherwise it was great! Hopefully this will be rectified and not happen in the future for other guests."

"Beautiful property, plenty of space and lots to keep you entertained. The house was very clean and tidy with very comfy beds. Plenty of kitchen wear they only thing we may suggest is some form of cleaning product as it wasnt something we thought of bringing with us. But other than was a great weekend and highly reccomend. "

"Lovely clean well equipped home, spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view of the water.
It was a very hot weekend and so some fans would have helped but that’s the only negative. Also a later checkout , perhaps 11am would have been a more relaxing end to a great weekend."

"We had a lovely weekend in the Shepherd's hut. Very cosy. It is in a very rural position but only a short drive from Beccles and Bungay- we loved the foodie shops in Bungay and the on-site farm shop.
It was great to pop out in the morning to grab still warm eggs from the chicken coop, and the goats and piglets kept us thoroughly amused. A really relaxing stay."
