"Plaza são Rafael used to be a high standard hotel in Porto Alegre. It is sad and disappointing to see that the rooms are very outdated. AC doesn't work well, WiFi is very spotty, tv is not smart, it is very small and has terrible reception of the few channels available. It seems the cleaning standards are lacking I was in a non smoking room but there was a cigarette butt sitting on the window during my whole stay. "Em relação a estadia tivemos uma boa impressão no check-in, pessoal atencioso e local limpo e organizado. O quarto de casal que ficamos tem um bom espaço, porém a limpeza da cama deve ser primordial para quem se hospeda. Sem muito esforço, já vimos migalhas de comida por cima da cama e batata frita no chão. Travesseiro sujo e claramente amassado e lenço com manchas amarelas, nojento!
