Formidável! Eu e minha esposa amamos tudo. Desde o atendimento na recepção. O hotel possui dois elevadores, o que facilita o deslocamento entre os andares. Tem garagem em cada andar com elevador para os carros, o que deveria ser mais divulgado pelo marketing do hotel na hora da reserva, pois é uma aventura e tanto é um diferencial do hotel. O quarto é maravilhoso, amplo e confortável, com uma cozinha grande. Banheiro amplo e uma ducha maravilhosa. Tem um terraço lindo, com uma pequena piscina e academia e com redes ao ar livre para descansar e duas salas de leitura com poltronas e sofás que podem ser usados para descansar ou para leitura e conta com tomadas por toda a parte para carregar o celular. Tem um pequeno jardim com plantas tipo hortelã, funcho, capim limão e outras que podem ser cortadas para colocar no chimas ou no chá. Tem uma tesoura de poda amarrada no lugar para cortá-las e placas identificando as plantas. Fantástica ideia! A localização é excelente. Bem pertinho da redenção e do centro. O café é simples, mas muito saboroso, com duas opções sem lactose e sem glúten (pão e bolo). Às meninas da cozinha são todas muito queridas e simpáticas. Na recepção, se destaca pela simpatia, cordialidade e ótimo atendimento, a Camile. Super atenciosa e esbanja simpatia. As camareiras também são muito simpáticas e atenciosas. Conhecemos duas, a Fabiana e a Tamires. O Leandro na recepção também nos atendeu super bem. Então só temos elogios pela ótima estadia que tivemos!

Quarto limpo e organizado. Equipe disponível sempre. Já estive outras vezes nesse hotel e sempre gostei, mas senti uma diferença na qualidade do café da manhã , deixou um pouco a desejar. Em relação ao uso da piscina gostaria de sugerir que seja colocado algumas regras de uso. Sei que é desafiador, mas algumas pessoas fazem pic-nic na piscina como se estivessem na sua casa. Levam bebidas, comidas e colocam som alto, isso dificulta o uso de outras pessoas.

Estadia boa. Café da manhã muito bom. Atendimento bom. Só o ar condicionado do quarto não estava funcionando direito. Estava muito frio no quarto. 2º graus dentro do quarto de noite.Avisamos a recepção. Depois de 3 dias de estadia enviaram alguém para consertar o ar condicionado.No banheiro tem um sabonete líquido naqueles dispositivos na parede perto do chuveiro. Também estava sem produto dentro. Avisamos. Nos disseram que tinha. Abrimos e não tinha nada estava vazio.

Eu e minha família gostamos muito! Ao chegar fiquei preocupada pq o ambiente da recepção nao é atual. Mas o quarto, cama, lençóis e banheiro limpos, novos. Chuveiro bom. Gostamos da mini copa com micro-ondas, pia, frigobar e utensílios no quarto. Café da manhã muito bom! Amei a área de lazer no terraço, apesar q não fui para usar a piscina.
