"A family-friendly place with beautiful pool, splash zone, playground and jumping pad. The river view cabins really do have a full view of the river. The boardwalk is lovely but very short. At one end is a stagnant lagoon that smells awful, but at the other end it's a beautiful broad platform with tables and a fantastic view. Everything is clean - amenities, cabins, pathways. "Drove from Sydney expecting a good night's sleep and instead, I got a loud trashy night club blaring awful music and the bass reverbating through my room. I called reception and asked if they could reduce the volume and bass but they refused. "On arrival, the staff advised my partner and I that there was a issue with the room that was booked and were upgraded to the Bowie room. The staff advised about about the restaurants close by. The room was well laid out. The meals we had there were very good, Saturday night and Sunday lunch there was live music. We were a short walk from the beach.
