The staff was very friendly and the hotel is beautiful. We had a great view. There were not a lot of dining options right near our hotel so we ate dinner there which was good but limited menu.

The rooms are a hodge podge of furniture. No blackout curtains- sheers only. Inconsistent with guest room amenities. Definitely not worth anywhere near the price we paid. Staff however is wonderful, and the restaurant serves great food.

This is a great hotel! Perfect for a seaside view and peace of mind. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They helped me with anything I needed and I felt like a valued guest. The hotel restaurant is also very good and fresh and always had many customers.

Beautiful hotel in Positano.
Hotel is about 15-min walk from the center of Positano. We booked the honeymoon suite, which is very spacious with window and a terrace looking out on the water. It is a pure joy to wake up and pull the curtain each morning, looking at the beautiful view and hotel guests enjoying a lovely breakfast downstairs. Giada at front desk was very kind and helpful.

Villa Gabrisi delivers!
Villa Gabrisi is in a great spot. It is a small hotel with a very good restaurant. Breakfast was really good and unique and the front desk staff, all very friendly and helpful! You can dine inside our outside on nice days. The front desk staff offered great suggestiobs for how to het to the beach and what restaurants to try, a lovely spot!

My husband and I had a fabulous time here! We stayed for 6 nights and really enjoyed the clean rooms, pretty balconies, and modern lobby. Da Gabrisa is a phenomenal restaurant, and the staff are so accommodating and friendly. We will definitely be back!!

The property is situated with beautiful views of the ocean and town of Positano. Our room had a private patio overlooking the water which was wonderful for relaxing and enjoying a bottle of wine. The property is located a few minutes walk up from the towns center main area, allowing the hotel to be a calm and relaxed retreat when coming home back to rest for the day. Jada at the front desk was wonderful and helped make our stay at the property and in Positano perfect. The restaurant is also incredible, with many from other hotels booking reservations in advance.

We were given a room in the attic with low ceilings. Hit our heads. We were not told that this was the room we booked on Expedia. Our bookings were for a deluxe room. Avoid the attic rooms. If I had known about the size and location of this room, I would have got a different room.

Beautiful position on the hillside with stunning views. Dinner and room had the stunning view. Staff were exceptional and friendly. Food in restaurant also exceptional including the suggested local regional wine. Plan to stay here again.

LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE! The staff made you feel like family, breakfast was amazing, the views from our room were beautiful and truly i cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was. The view cannot be beat at this property at all, staff was friendly, and breakfast was nice, however our shower had a stench. When you are paying $900 a night, the hotel should be kept in top condition and frankly we are just tired of the 5 star prices and continually lacking service and conditions with the excuse of covid. The hotel offered us the shower across the hall but we were uninterested in toting back and forth so we just showered down using the bath tub handle.

The property is well kept and we keep good maintainance of it, but when it comes to external factors like temporary public sewer issues, it is difficult to solve it. A stay! Will definitely have to come back in the summer! Traveling to Positano during winter is not easy. When we got off the bus, we were worried about the closed restaurants and lack of people (it was also a late Sunday). Hotel was easy to find, a short walk. We were greeted my Jade. Jade welcomed us with drinks, map and answers to multiple questions. It was reassuring, as Jade provided directions to the beach, recommendations to restaurants and even reminded us that most restaurants close for a break mid-day. We had some concerns about going back to Sorrento, to take a train to rome on our last day, but Jade helped provide transportation for that as well. A for hospitality! Made our stay and experience so enjoyable that we plan on going back when the weather is warmer. 5 stars here for me.

Stayed at Villa Gabrisa with my wife for one night. It was an outstanding stay! Check-in was super smooth, and the Giada (Jade) at reception was was wonderful to deal with: friendly, welcoming and helpful. She is a wealth of information on Positano, suggesting dining options, etc. She is certainly a great asset for the hotel, and she made our stay that much more memorable. We gladly accepted our welcome beverage and she showed us to our room. The hotel itself is a small, intimate property with less than 10 rooms/suites (I believe). We booked the "Honeymoon Suite, 1 King Bed, Sea View" suite, and it was absolutely amazing. The suite was very spacious, had a separate bath and a double shower, and had a terrace with a breathtaking view. I'll repeat it: the view was breathtaking! The restaurant was closed for the low season, so we unfortunately didn't get a change to eat dinner at the restaurant -- that will have to be for our next visit! We did however enjoy the complementary breakfast the next morning, which consisted of a selection of coffee/tea, juice, eggs, bacon cold cuts, cheeses, bread, croissants, fruits, and other items, all of which you select the night before, along with what time you would like to eat. I would point out that the bar at the hotel was closed from around 4pm to 8pm, so we couldn't have a cocktail prior to going to into the town, though Jade was quick to offer to serve us a beer or some wine if we wanted. (Expedia won't let me write anymore!)

The stay was great. Friendly staff, beautiful views. Our one complaint is that we were here on our honeymoon and the honeymoon suite smelled like sewage throughout our stay. Almost unbearable. The staff said that happens every time after it rains??

We had the most beautiful stay at this boutique hotel. It honestly exceeded my expectations. We booked it last minute when we decided to do a day trip in Positano and it did not disappoint. You can walk to the beach from the hotel (there are a lotttt of steps) but it’s really not a bad walk and has beautiful sights along the way. There is also a bus that goes around and you can catch it about every 30 min. The staff here was amazing, extremely hospitable and went above and beyond to take care of every little request we had. Claudia at the front desk is the sweetest, we had to leave early the next day to catch a train so we left before breakfast and she packed it for us to go. Overall an incredible experience and thank you to all the staff for making it happen!
