"Lovely hotel beside the river in Coimbra. Very walkable to the centre of town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room had a fantastic view of the river and was very spacious. The buffet breakfast was great, with lots of different options. Highly recommend!"

"I had a few concerns: 1. I booked the room for two travelers, but two twin beds were stuck together in the queen frame! So technically it was one queen bed with a hole in the middle. 2. AC is always OFF! I was sweating during breakfast!!! Not acceptable! 3. Pool opens at 9 a.m. - too late! 4. Elevator is ridiculously small. Barely can fit two people! 5. Service in restaurants is slow. Sometimes have to stand and find a waiter to bring attention. 6. Mini fridge was installed in the wall cabinet,...

"Ein 5 Sterne Hotel trifft auf den vorgefunden en sozialistischen Betonbau nicht ganz zu. Es fanden überall Bauarbeiten inkl Gerüste auch neben unserem Balkon statt. Die Geräusche des Presslufthammers ließen uns bereits morgens die Flucht ergreifen. Am Abend mussten wir feststellen, dass die Aussenpools teilweise geleert wurden und Reparaturmassnahmen stattfanden. Am 2. Tag wurde sogar die Lobby teilweise gesperrt und teilweise Fliesen aus dem Boden geschlagen. Warum werden solche Arbeiten nicht...

"We had a lovely stay! Location was fabulous for views of the river & the bridge. The breakfast was superior! Great Cappacinos & lovely grounds! Staff was super helpful & always on call. Nice coffee shops nearby! We would come back in a heart beat!"
