The entire hotel was spotless; you can tell they really take pride in keeping everything immaculate. The location is perfect as well, with easy access to transport, shops, and great spots to explore. "This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. "A great hotel. The pool area with steam room and sauna was lovely. Our room had space for our luggage and bed was really comfortable. Staff were friendly and relaxed. They were working hard but without stress. Lovely to see. Breakfast was fabulous with a buffet and menu option. What a great find in Porto."
