It is kind of remote place from city, but liked the peaceful time in this hotel. Really enjoyed swimming and strolling around which gave me heartful rest out of hectic normal days. Like to come back again to have real rest..

We stayed at the hotel for four days. First, the rooms are really nice, the staff super friendly and very keen, the pool is great. But the zoo is just awful and an absolute animal cruelty. Animals with stereotypical behavior (recurring behaviors turn circles, up and down..), extremely dirty cages, dirty water. Far too small cages, rabbits on lattice floor, hardly any food, donkeys unkempt hooves, parrot with trimmed feathers. A meerkat was kept alone. None of the meerkats could dig tunnels. It stank. The enclosures of the other animals were also far too small and there was no employment for them. Just awful! How arrogant humans must be, to believe other animals exist for our use.

Great stay to escape hot days!

Very nice place especially during hot summer days! The swimming pool has a bit too much chlorine so better to use goggles. Also everyone needs a swimming cap! Even babies. The restaurant, the staff, the surroundings and the playroom with an A/C give this hotel a big plus!

Wir waren hier für eine Woche als Teil eines dreiwöchigen Urlaubs. Leider haben wir nur das Doppelzimmer gebucht was für uns doch etwas klein war. Allerdings hat das Hotel uns ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Bungalow gegeben. Bungalows für zwei oder vier Personen auf einem Erweiterungsgrundstück gehören auch zur Anlage. Diese sind außerordentlich gut. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig, es ist sehr geräumig, klimatisiert, das Bett ist Kingsize und sehr bequem. Dazu gibt es eine Terrasse mit Stühlen und Tischen sowie Liegen und einem Sonnenschirm. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und das A-La-Carte Essen im zugehörigen Restaurant abends ebenfalls. Zusätzlich bekommt man kleinere Snacks wie Sandwiches, Hamburger etc. den ganzen Tag. Wer möchte, kann sich jedes Essen auch ins Bungalow liefern lassen. Die Anlage ist sehr weitläufig und hat sehr viele verschiedenen Pflanzen und Bäume, ähnlich eines botanischen Gartens. Alles ist bestens gepflegt. Außerdem sind Wellness-Einrichtungen, ein Außenpool mit Bar, ein überdachter Tennisplatz, ein Fußballfeld, ein Privatzoo (!) mit verschiedenen Tieren wie Erdmännchen, diverse auch exotische Vögel, Esel, Pony, Schafe etc., diverse Kinderspielplätze, ein Fitnessraum und ein Poolbillardraum vorhanden. Natürlich gibt es auch genügend Parkplätze und Lademöglichkeiten für E-Autos. Dieses Hotel ist eine echte Perle. Einzig der Pool könnte etwas tiefer und größer sein, da man dort kaum schwimmen kann (max 1,50 m Tiefe).
