The manager waited for us just a little after 9pm (which was the limit for the check in timing) and we highly appreciate that gesture The room was very clean and quiet, and we loved the decor (plus the banana bread!) "My only regret is that I didnt book a longer stay! We were warmly welcomed. Room was spacious and tidy. Everything worked. Common area had complimentary tea and wine. Lovely patio also. Close to sights on a historica lane. Already want to go back to Ferrara. "
