Chuveiro não esquentou, não sei se o problema foi no boiler ou no registro, mas o dia estava chuvoso e frio. Me entregaram a chave do meu quarto, chegando lá já tinha gente no quarto, foi muito desconfortável essa situação. Não emite nota fiscal, pois disseram que como a reserva foi feita pelo hotéis.com, a nota deveria ser gerada por lá. Na saída, quiseram cobrar novamente o preço da diária, pois não tinham controle do que já tinha sido pago, não tem controle sobre a ocupação do hotel. Achei muito desorganizado, fora o constrangimento de chegar no quarto e já ter gente hospedada lá. Não recomendo, se possível, até pegaria o dinheiro de volta. Estou sempre viajando a trabalho, para diversas regiões do Brasil, dessa vez foi bastante constrangedor. Espero que solucionem para que outros clientes não passem por situações assim.

Hotel excelente, porém precisa lavar o ar-condicionado ou comprar novos pois não resfria nada. Uso de 12btus na temperatura 24⁰ e uso uma manta para me cobrir. Me trocaram de quarto e tudo continuou quente sequer usei lencol de tanto calor.

Cama ruim, muito mole, desconfortável. Banheiro minúsculo, nem pia dentro do banheiro tem, fica no canto do quarto. Calor durante o dia, mesmo com o ar direcionado para a cama. Ar condicionado antigo, que não dá conta do quarto.

Bom dia. Avaliei com nota 10. Mas, gostaria que observassem que o não há chave do banheiro do qto 101. Contudo, tudo perfeito em relação aos outros itens. Café da manhã muito bom ( da última vez que fomos tinha muitos salgado com Calabreza, Baicon) coisas que não comemos. Desse vez estava excelente. Recomendo, sim, a todos. Nota 10. Localização muito boa, também.
