O hotel tem uma ótima estrutura, café da manhã muito bom. A equipe também é sempre prestativa e educada. Os pontos negativos vão para o fato do hotel receber excursões( as pessoas chegaram colocando caixa de som na piscina e fumando ao lado da piscina das crianças), o apartamento em que ficamos não pegou Wi-Fi e nem 5g.

O hotel é muito bom no geral. O quarto é amplo, espaçoso, com bom armário. Banheiro bem bom, amplo, com chuveiro a gás. Fornecem shampoo, condicionador, sabonete e tem secador de cabelo. O café da manhã tem boa variedade de comida e servem tapioca 3 vezes na semana (domingo, terça e quintas-feiras). A piscina é boa, temperatura ambiente. O que não gostei é que o espaço kids é apenas do meio dia até às 20h, com intervalo de 1 hora as 14h. O que prejudica um pouco o uso.

Que experiência!

O local é maravilhoso, mas o grande destaque é, sem dúvida, a equipe: simplesmente incrível! Sempre muito atenciosos e solícitos, especialmente o pessoal da área da piscina e do jantar, que foi extremamente educado. A Bahia continua sendo o melhor lugar do mundo! Em frente ao hotel há uma farmácia e um pequeno comércio que ajudam bastante no dia a dia. A comida do hotel também merece elogios — tanto o café da manhã quanto o jantar são excelentes.

Infelizmente, não tive muita sorte. Há noite apareceu 04 baratas grandes no quarto. Fui na recepção e o detefon tava trancado na governança. Solicitei troca de quarto não tinha disponivel. Pedi para ligar para gerente, não foi possivel. Maçaneta do banheiro quebrada e não fechava a porta. O ar condicionado desligava sozinho a todo momento. Vou pedir ressascimento ao cartao. Tive sair mais cedo do hotel.

Hotel localizado numa área simples, sem atrativos visuais,mas sem problemas de violência/insegurança. Hotel com bom aspecto, mas atualmente com número de hóspedes que excede a relação com o espaço / convivência harmoniosa. Café da manhã mais tumultuado do que rodoviária em véspera de feriadão. As faxineiras nunca limpam debaixo das camas. Poderiam exigir pelo menos uma vez a cada mês!

É bom, mas pode melhorar

O hotel é muito bom, fica perto de mercado e restaurantes com comida normal e por um preço acessível. O estacionamento é na rua, em frente ao hotel, e deixam um segurança 24h para vigiar os veículos. Nosso quarto tinha uns detalhezinhos que poderiam ser consertados. O vaso tinha uma mancha que parecia de um banheiro abandonado e atrás da porta tinha o desenho de uma trozoba. Tentaram apagar, mas muito porcamente, dava para ver rs. O café é simples, mas atende bem, fiquei satisfeito. No domingo teve tapioca, mas como o hotel estava muito cheio, a fila estava grande e não experimentei. De forma geral, recomendo 👍. Foi um excelente custo benefício.

Local maravilhoso, limpo, bem cuidado. Ótima piscina. Funcionários atenciosos e educados. Tenho apenas dois pontos negativos para citar... O Wi-fi dentro do quarto é muito ruim, nas áreas abertas é razoável. Na parte de trás do apartamento tem um pequeno jardim e infelizmente tem muitas largatas (brancas e peludas). Retirei duas do banheiro, uma delas estava no biquíni da minha esposa, por sorte vimos antes dela vestir, eu e meu filho não tivemos a mesma sorte fomos queimados por uma que estava na toalha de banho, mas não foi nada grave.
