O resort fica longe do comércio local. Isso nós sabíamos. Chegamos em uma terça feira, esta tava tranquilo… Quando chegou quinta e sexta feira ficou insuportável … Acho que chegam excursões… O café da manhã é fraco e o da tarde é muito fraco, nem queijo e presunto tem. Se quiser comer pão so tem manteiga . A noite o jantar é bom … A praia em frente ao resort é razoável

Resort bem mediano em se tratando de resort. Seria mais um hotel pensão completa. Muitas restrições (não pode levar comida do almoço para a praia pois não pode usar as louças na praia; poderiam dispôs de acrílico)e horário para tudo, não possui restaurante 24h. Se a pessoa quiser fugir da rotina de horários não recomendo o resort. Equipe de recreação nota 1000!

O resort oferece várias opções de alimentação, durante as principais refeições, um ponto de atenção é que não oferecem cardápio a intorelantes a lactose. O atendimento foi impecável desde o check in até ao check out. Ponto bacana para o Manuel que apoia o pessoal durante a travessia entre o hotel e o restaurante principal. Várias opções de bebidas, mesmo para quem não opta pelo max premium, curti bastante a noite das arábias.

Perfeito!

Foi ótima! Aproveitamos bastante a parte de lazer, pois tem acesso direto a praia e a parte interna do resort tem bastante espaço, com atividades para adultos e crianças. As refeições foram muito boas, variadas e bem feitas. Como foi meu aniversário minha família solicitou um bolo e eles fizeram um e foi muito bom e especial.

O resort possui alto astral, bom custo benefício se comprado com antecedência. Achei limpo e organizado. Já fiquei hospedada outras vezes e a reforma que fizeram nas suítes me agradou bastante. Gostei muito dos jantares temáticos e da recreação para as crianças!

Bom custo benefício, mas podem melhorar

Segunda vez que me hospedei lá com a família, percebi que teve melhoras em alguns pontos e pioras em outros. O calendário de comida temática que me enviaram na reserva foi um, o disponibilizado lá foi outro, ex: no domingo não teve churrasco como foi me passado durante a reserva, mudaram e não atualizaram com os hóspedes, achei chato. Na outra vez que fui tinha de pagar "aluguel" das toalhas para piscina, desta vez já melhorou pois disponibilizavam cartões "vale toalha", porém estávamos em 4 no quarto e nos deram apenas 2 cartões! Crianças não se secam? Outra coisa foi que as "misturas" dos jantares e almoços estavam mais escassas, da outra vez estava mais bem servido e variado. Outra observação é sobre a academia, o horário de funcionamento inicia as 7h, tarde demais, ainda mais que a academia fica afastada dos quartos e assim não tem desculpa de não liberar antes para não incomodar. A limpeza da academia e estado de conservação dos equipamentos tb a desejar. No mais, bom custo benefício, comida saborosa e destaque para a recreação, aquele Lacraia é demais, e sentimos falta do Esquilo que estava de férias.
