Cuando llegamos, no tenían registrada nuestra reserva en el sistema y perdimos bastante tiempo en recepción mientras trataban de resolverlo. Al final sí lo solucionaron. La habitación no tenía cobijas y el internet era bastante inestable; en algunas áreas comunes funcionaba, pero en otras no, y en la habitación definitivamente no llegaba señal. "Great location for Palau harbour and we could walk there easily and felt safe. Property is a little old fashioned, but clean. Breakfast was a bit basic but overall for the value for money it was ok. We were given a semi basement room which smelt musty and i asked to be moved which we were to an upper room that was much nicer, but ti is very old fashioned."

"While the hotel was clean and very nice, our room did not have hot water during our three night stay. The staff ensured us they had shared the issue with management, although no one resolved the problem. We were told two rooms lacked hot water and one was ours. I’m rating the hotel a four as it was a great location for day trips to the islands and other than the lack of hot water quite lovely. Complimentary breakfast was just okay.
