I'm afraid that you might have misunderstood the available gadgets of the apartment. We have never advertised to have a safe, we do have them but we do not advertise them ever due to their unnavailability so you expected to have them once you saw them but we never indicated to have such a perk.Regardless of that we hope you had an amazing time in Porto with us.

In some apartments (like yours) you have the possibility to leave the double bed always open (as in a normal hotel room) or to close it with a special system allowing you to earn more space during the day.
