Très bonne situation géographique, chambre propre, lit King size confortable, personnel attentif. Supermarché très proche. Cabinet douche pas très grand. Hall d’entrée parfois squatté par des sdf. Pas d’incident à signaler.

La entrada al hotel esta sucia. Vive una persona sin hogar a la puerta del hotel. Una experiencia extraña no me gusto. El hotel es sencillo pero confortable bien ubicado muy cerca de restaurantes y sitios de interes. El desayuno basico esta bien. Tiene maquina para preparar hot cakes.

The hotel or Expedia failed us. I booked two rooms. One room with one bed and the other room with two beds. My confirmation print out shows that. The hotel oahd two rooms with one bed only. They said I did not reserve two beds for one room. My confirmations shows otherwise. They did not have another room available to accommodate the request. Someone messed up and we had a big problem with that.

Hotel centralissimo a due passi dal Mercado di Bolhao. Ottima la colazione e personale molto efficiente e giovane. Considerata la struttura saliscendi della città, lo consiglio vivamente anche per la presenza della vicinissima metro E (che collega il centro con l'aeroporto) stazione Bolhao appunto.

Pros: the staff were very friendly, thanks for the early check in, room was very clean and very quiet, the bed was very comfortable, love the supermarket downstairs, good location walkable to many attractions, elevator worked well. CONS: No cool air conditioning, when I turned on the air con it was just a fan causing the room to smell of cigarettes, my guess was the air intake was near a smoking area, there were homeless and sketchy looking guys hanging near the entrance.

The staff were good but when we needed something and reception staff were detained dealing with a large group checking in, we had to ask the staff working the bar to call us a taxi because there was only one staff working reception. The rooms for 2 people are quite small but very clean. The mattress was a thinner mattress on top of another mattress. The top mattress often shifted in the night. On occassion, we almost landed on the floor. The breakfast buffet was very good. Lots of options. ! The location is great. It is within walking distance to bars, cafes and restaurants. There is a grocery store next door which is convenient.

Location was fine and rooms are clean, be it tiny. Had a car, so had to do a lap in peak traffic as no free temp parks out front and then parked illegally just to check in. Parking next door is subsided but still an unexpected cost, and parks are very tight.
