The apartment was very welcoming- a great place to come home to after a busy day of touring Porto. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need. The property was very clean. The location is super convenient but also quiet. Although there are no staff on site the communication was very good via WhatsApp.

The property was new building nice clean. But our unit has no closet and our shower built in wrong way that you can’t get inside the shower. also the street across the property on very steep uphill road. You got to be very fit to walk up and down. The property has elevator which was great.

Property was very nice, modern and clean. We felt safe and the location is a block away from street cafe’s and shopping. Road noise was constant but they supplied ear plugs which helped.

We would highly recommend this property. It is very walkable to all the essentials in Porto. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The communication with the company was great and the app they use for accessing the property was easy to use. Would stay here again!

oh, my, this maybe the very best stay we have for so many years! This property is brand new and the staff is super responsive on whatsapp. Everything you see in the apartment is well-thought of: appliances, furniture, expendables (detergents, paper towel rolls, dishwashing sponge, … all brand new!) and even lighting locations and switches. Since this is a live-work apartment, wi-fi is 200 Mbps up and down. The views are great being up on the top of the hill. One could just sit in these spacious apartments and enjoy the view whole day, sipping wines and espresso, without going anywhere. There are varieties of apartments at this location so reviews would vary but we did have such a good time in Porto and Portugal. People are so friendly and nice. Very relaxing, too.

Very much enjoyed my stay here as we got a spacious flat with full kitchen. Location was very easily walkable to the happening area in Porto though it's a significant walk from the waterfront. That said, Uber is relatively cheap at least if you're spending in USD. The main minus points for me include the somewhat compact nature of the bathrooms and the fact that they only provide a broom for cleaning and not vacuum cleaner. Which can be annoying when debris builds up over a multi day staying. Would definitely recommend overall!

Very clean and great service in general. They greeted us at the door when we were arriving. They arranged the parking reservation and the parking spot(indoor garage) was very secure and clean too. However, as soon as we checked out, they shut us down and didn’t response for days. They didn't respond to our request for a receipt for days. In the end, it took us over a week to get the receipt. Very disappointing specially after their wonderful greeting process in the beginning.

Die Appartments sind sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist super, bei einem Appartment an der Straße allerdings sehr laut. Was uns fehlte, war ein Gepäckraum. Da wir einen sehr frühen Flug hatten, mussten wir das Gepäck "zwischenparken". Der Check in war auch nur zu 2 vorgegeben Zeiten möglich, das war dann auch etwas umständlich, da man seine Tagesplanung entsprechend unterbrechen musste.
