"A great service for a reasonable price. A warm welcome & easy checkin. We stayed twice on our European trip to access Malpensa Airport. Free shuttle. Free reasonable sized breakfast. One of the rooms was a little aged however everything was clean.. Traffic noise as it is a corner building Comfortable beds."

"Beautiful room with luxurious views of Lake Como. Only cons is the lack of walkability and I didn’t enjoy the food at the restaurant. But overall the staff were very accommodating and made it even more special celebration with a beautiful and tasty cake, champagne, and balloons with their birthday package. I loved waking up to the balcony views and the heated pool that I could enjoy even in October weather! Would definitely stay at this hotel again if I return to Lake Como. "

"Excellent hotel on the lake with convenient access to the ferry on Menaggio. Room is big and very comfortable, bathroom and shower is excellent. Breakfast was excellent with a very beautiful view on the lake, we didn't try the restaurant for dinner"

"The staff here is amazing!! Friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable and made my stay an absolute delight, from the concierge/check-in desk to the maitre d’ at the restaurant! The free shuttle to the airport is exceptional, going every hour. The hot breakfast is delicious, with bacon as well, all sorts of pastries and fresh fruits. For dinner I had a dish that was so good, perfectly made - a specialty local pasta dish - very pleased. The beds, of course, are always amazing and the showers - let’s...
