Quick check in. The staff has been very helpful. I am on a motorcycle, it has been raining, they offered towels to dry the bike and found some towels i could take with me, as my seat is very soggy.

Room was dirty, found cat or dog food in the bathroom, hair and toothpaste on the sink in bathroom, wall was like falling apart with little bugs coming out in bathroom, hairs in bed, bag and lighter found tucked in the side of the bed, card got deactivated after the first night we stayed so had to get it reactivated, got put into a room that they said was for a one night stay, maintenance guy was rude to my husband down at the hot tub, mold around pool and hot tub area, ceiling above pool was rusting, and was told the restaurant wasn’t opened when we got there. Was expecting way better for the price we paid.

The property needs a big makeover. The rooms reek of weed and there were definitely rooms where there were people were smoking marijuana and the smell came into the rooms via vents. The hotel needs to impose a stricter rule. The staff is excellent and supportive, so that is a positive.
