"Made a last minute reservation on Hotels.com due to a flight cancelation. Was greeted warmly and checked in promptly at the hotel. The facility was obviously recently renovated and beautiful. The rooms were in new condition also. This was a very nice surprise. Enjoyed free happy hour cocktails and dinner. Took the free airport shuttle at 4:00 am and was physically in the airport within 5 minutes. Couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you very much. Highly recommend."

"We forgot our son’s pillow when we checked out. We were so worried! When calling, they went right down to the room and grabbed it, packaged it up for us and had it ready for us when we returned. Hotel is located in a prime location, it’s clean, and has everything you need for an extended stay! "

"Had an amazing time there. You could tell that people who stayed there previously were not kind to the stuff in the room, but overall the room was nice and spacious. Only downside is that we were on the top floor and there are no elevators in the building we were in. The bed also wasn't the most comfortable either."
