We had issues trying to figure out how to open the patio door and they had someone upstairs to our room in less than 10 minutes. I will definitely stay here again in the future!"

The hotel itself is a well taken care of older building, so that means more room, thicker walls, and a tub and shower in many rooms. Every interaction with the staff has made us feel welcome and that they genuinely want us to have a good time. It's our favorite place to stay in Portland. "
