"O Sr. Joaquim foi extremamente simpático e explicou-nos tudo sobre a propriedade. Nesta existe um ribeiro e vários animais: cavalos, galinhas, pavões entre outros. É um local fantástico, onde é possivel passear no meio da natureza. O pequeno-almoço é excecional: pão caseiro acabado de cozer e bolo também caseiro. Adorámos."

Het complex bestaat uit diverse voormalige 'gewone' woningen die nu met elkaar verbonden zijn tot een klein hotelcomplex. Vele authentieke details in de woningen zijn bewaard gebleven; de eigenaren hadden zelf echt buikpijn toen op een bepaalde wand de muurschilderingen niet goed zichtbaar meer waren.
