"We loved the cabin with its beautiful windows and the cozy quilts. Nice comfy couches and a good location in easy reach of all the Girdwood attractions. Our only challenge was the confusion with their process. I was asked to submit my ID and credit card on a separate website despite using a prepaid platform (Expedia). It was concerning and not really explained by the hosts. Plenty of auto drafted messages explaining their process but I never felt like I had a person who I was talking to....

"Nobody sent us code to the key locker. Nobody replied to sms 2 days in a row. We checked in only because doors were open and there wqs a code to key locker. Shower wqs not running and there was no soap and shampoo in dispensers in bathtub. It is really hard to make uourswlf refreshed thereā€¦ No communication from host- no reply at all for 2 days in a row in my opinion makes this place as ā€šdo not recommendā€™."
