We never met anyone in person, but it was fine because we received quick and detailed responses to any questions we had. The room is modest, but has everything you need for a short stay. The in house restaurant was excellent. The hotel is packed with amenities including chill out areas, a great gym, and pool. Would stay here again next time we are in Bologna."
