"Well kept property with lovely garden area with swimming pool and hot tub. Large breakfast either “sweet” or “sour” .Sour a bit like an English breakfast. Sweet -croissant, cake etc. Good position by the walls of Spello. Easy walk to the station and easy parking across the road from the B&B. Room well set up. Good WiFi, hot water, air conditioning, kettle. Nice facilities. Friendly and helpful staff."
