"When I arrived the ceiling in the reception was pouring water from a broken pipe , no water in the hotel at the time. It was repaired by evening. The area around the hotel is dismal for finding even a restaurant and the hotel doesn't have one . I eventually found one that an employee recommended and it was fine , but for dinner you'd have to taxi or Uber somewhere It said on the hotel description it had a airport shuttle , it did not I wouldn't stay here again"

"We had a suite for three adults was lovely room, air conditioning was a must as was so hot when over there. Only downside to breakfast was went down for breakfast at 9.30 very little available and when asked was told bacon and egg would not be refilled, and no English breakfast tea. We went to the bar once took over 20minutes for three cocktails and then one was wrong bar was often busy but only one member of staff. The food in restaurant for dinner was lovely and our waiter Roman was brilliant....

The website says air-conditioned rooms but staff informed they are air cooled.The first night was very sweaty & uncomfortable to get sleep. Staff asked us to open the window for ventilation.This wasn't an option as this overlooks a highway & lot of traffic noise. 3. The hotel is located in Gais & requires Bolt & Uber for any Porto related...

"Vorne weck auch einen kleinen Minuspunkt gibt es, wie wahrscheinlich überall, finde ich es schade das nicht drauf geachtet wird das die liegen am Pool reserviert werden und die Gäste nur Handtücher hinlegen und dann nach 2,5 Std. erst wieder kommen! Da würde ich mir persönlich wünschen das das Dank Kamera geändert werden würde! Pool mega! Zimmer perfekt und sauber! Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Kommen gerne wieder und würden es auch problemlos weiterempfehlen 5 von 5"

Please is spotless, with great hospitality and very nice staff that is always there to help and answer any questions you may have. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. I was a bit confused about checking in - once in the building I wasn’t sure which flat was mine but there was a lovely woman cleaning the room that helped me. Would def stay there again!"
