"Wow! Did we ever enjoy our stay at the Port Hotel. The whole experience was really neat! I never got to meet her in person but everyday Niocole came and left a nice message for us all on the whiteboard so we know they were keeping watch but nothing was needed. The room had it all and it was a great time. Thank you Port Hotel!"

"We got there late but they got us promptly checked in the gentleman behind the desk. That evening was really friendly. The next morning I watched an irrational customer being sectionally rude to the guy who happened to be behind the desk that morning who took it all in stride. It's very friendly and tried to be accommodating. The breakfast was okay. Normal fair for a hotel. Rooms were clean."

"Our stay at the Baymont by Wyndham Mequon Milwaukee Area was absolutely wonderful. The entire property felt clean, cozy, and well cared for, which made settling in after a long day incredibly easy. The staff truly stood out — every interaction was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which added so much to the experience. We also loved the pool area. "There is NOT a hot tub as advertised on the website. The hotel is under renovation, supplies piled in the hallway. The common areas were very dusty, so much that you could write your name in the dust on top of a table next to the elevator. The faux plant was also covered in dust. There was no mention of the hotel being under renovation on the hotel website. This would have been nice to know ahead of time especially for those people who suffer from allergies and respiratory issues."

"The room was clean and nice however as soon as we entered it did have an odor of cigarette which was pretty bad . We went to the hot tub by the pool and it was Luke warm and the jets were not working it made a noise but wouldn’t work. Pool looked very dirty I would not want to go in there. Bed was comfortable and service was friendly. Value was decent foe the price . If they make sure no one is smoking and they clean up pool and fix hot tub this would be a great place to stay."
