Top Port Washington Hotel Reviews

Quality Inn & Suites West Bend

8/10 Good

"The vanity in the bathroom was quite small, and the toilet paper was on the opposite wall of the toilet. Breakfast was fine."

Four Points by Sheraton Milwaukee North Shore

10/10 Excellent

"I had such a wonderful experience at this hotel! ❤️ The staff was incredibly nice, kind, welcoming, and helpful. There was one lady in particular who went above and beyond to make my stay even better. Unfortunately, I forgot her name, but she was a Black lady, and OMG, her customer service was NEXT LEVEL! 👏🏾❤️ She was so sweet, professional, and genuinely caring. You can tell she truly loves helping people. I wish I remembered her name because she deserves special recognition! Thank you for making my experience so memorable. I truly appreciate it! ❤️"

The Port Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"This was our first visit to The Port Hotel and it certainly won't be the last! From the easy "no check-in desk" check-in through a very complete continental breakfast, this hotel is a true gem. Speaking of the "continental breakfast, the selections available rivaled or excelled many other hotel chains touting their "full" breakfast. The room was very clean and spacious. Bed linens were great and the bed itself was very comfortable. This property definitely deserves the "Best Hotel in Port Washington of 2026" awarded."

Hilton Garden Inn Milwaukee Northwest Conference Center

8/10 Good

"Had to be moved the next day due to condition of room, heater not working, refrig and not clean as expected. Staff desk person, Mr McClern was very helpful in making every thing right . The rest of the trip was excellent after that. However, when we changed rooms, I mistakingly left a high end pair of sneakers in the room and didn't realize it until we unpacked several days later. I informed the front desk but have not heard back as of yet. The problems you encounter when you have to move! Suervisors were all helpful and concerned about our stay."
