"The staff was super helpful and friendly. The only “negative” thing I would say is that due to the design of the property with all room doors opening into the courtyard it is quite a bit noisy. People talking, dragging luggage, and housekeeping carts make more noise than you’d think when trapped in a rectangular indoor courtyard.
