Internet reception very poor inside building. Fee for premium WiFi needed if you need internet inside your room. Grounds are natural and beautiful. Staff consistently friendly and helpful.

We were extremely disappointed in the check-in experience. We arrived at 2:00 and we were told our room would be available in about an hour. Coral Sands Resorts by Palmera
The property is older and in need of a refresh. The pool and lazy river were cold. The game room has very limited hours (until 7pm weeknights-- we have teenagers who wanted to play ping pong!). Overall, it did not feel like a good value for the amount we paid. Caveat emptor.
