"The dapper looking gentleman with the well groomed locks under a straw fedora who greets you at the door is named Otis. Heโ€™s not just a greeter heโ€™s a gentleman of knowledge with a soft welcoming Trini accent. He provides you with a warm greeting every time he sees you and is genuinely interested in how you spent your day. He made coming back to the hotel feel like home. Itโ€™s always a good experience at the Brix Thanks Otis! I will miss you Sudhaa! To me youโ€™re not only the front desk representative you were my photographer, videographer, Google Maps interpreter, and much much more. Whatever we needed you were there to help.
