"This is in the heart of Naples, so bear in mind, it’s a gritty city. Quiet alley like street. Lots of graffiti on the streets nearby. Very short walk to Spacca Napoli, one of the main streets to stroll through the gritty heart of Naples. Elegant dining room for breakfast though the breakfast buffet was relatively ordinary by Italian standards. Glad we stayed here, though. "

"Great location, very close to the train station. It was only about a 15-minute walk from the train. All the staff were friendly and accommodating, when needed. We were able to leave our belongings there, while we explored Naples, before our train left. Our room was large, especially by European standards. The four of us were very comfortable."

"An amazing hotel, with views to die for and the people working there were very professional, polite and engaging! The views from the bar/ terrace area, as well as the roof were breathtaking! Our view from our sea view room was also excellent, all be it a very small window. My biggest disappointment was the air conditioning or lack of it as the hotel was unbelievably hot, with the heating on full! I was there for 3 nights and after having an engineer look at the air conditioning, it worked but...
