"This hotel is in the best location with a beautiful restaurant/bar at the top of it. Staff was exceptionally courteous and assisted me whenever I needed. They even helped me get a Taxi for the way back to the hotel and I was able to do an early check in. "

"Fabulous room, despite overlooking Argyle Street, heard absolutely no noise from outside or inside the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bathroom well appointed too. Junior Suite worth paying that little bit extra for, if you can afford it. Only criticisms are the queue at the main reception desks and the cooked breakfast items were exceptionally greasy."

Even at breakfast after the first stay we were recognised immediately and seated by a staff member who clearly cares enough to know his guests. Unbelievable service! "
