"Outstanding lodge in a nature reserve with great facilities and friendly helpful staff. The chalet accommodation was spotless, comfortable and very well equipped, and the location in the nature reserve was great. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Only stayed one night, but wish we had stayed at least one more. Having said that, it was not cheap, but good value for what was on offer."

"The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The resort is a very nice place to be. The room was very pleasant. However, if you are staying 6 nights or less, don't expect to have your room cleaned. We were told quite curtly by reception staff that we wouldn't be having our room cleaned 'for our length of stay.' I thought this ruined an otherwise perfectly lovely stay, I didn't think room service was too large of an ask given the price paid."

"On arrival after being told we were able to check in at 12.00 PM we were informed that our accomodation would not be ready before 14.00. This was unacceptable as we had a wedding to attend at 13.50. The female behind the counter (owner i pressume) told us the previous people would not leave on time. She was not interested in my dilemma and became very hostile she told us we were free to find other accommodation elsewhere which would be impossible at this late hour.
