The room pool is awesome. Outdoor pool is good. All staffs are friendly. Buffet breakfast need improvement im term of food. Reduce spicyness of sambal bili or chili sambal. Roselle coffee house service is awesome. Will comeback again...

the cleanliness and ambience was great! the service was fast with friendly staffs. the only thing that was unexpected was the aircond condition, as the room was quite warm at night eventhough we’ve adjusted the temp. which we ended up slept with both aircond n fan on. All in all, it was a great trip.

It was a nice stay. The resort was nice but needs a bit of updating. I do wish there was better food and there were more free activities.

Receptionist is nice. However, the room arrangement is not expected to have the ocean-faced type. Booking through Expedia was so confused. The dinner and food size we had in the cafe was great and good. My room tel and a light were broken. I need to walk to the receiptionist again to ask for repairing. No body answer whenever I called to the massage service as they have 1 staff only. I need to make booking in person from time to time. I stayed there for 3 days, however all booking times are full. Finally, the hotel staffs recomended me to go outside for massage. Overall, the hotel is quite old.
