"The room was clean, the housekeeping staff was awesome, they came in everyday with out asking. The breakfast buffet is really good. It is nicely located. You go out the front and you are a block away from clifton hills. Gonout the back door and you are across the street from the Greg Ferwin Theatre "

"Was the best choice that me and my husband made. The Hotel has the magnificent spot and the view from our bedroom was amazing... See the falls from our bed in the 20th floor was breathless... Go to the Niagara Falls, later of a cruise, was a little tire but for my husband was in his travel list and never forget the experience . You have everything walking distance or take the bus if you prefer. Amazing 10/10."

"We enjoyed our stay. Our room was lovely and they accommodated our request for room location and extra pillows. The staff throughout were really nice and accommodating, especially when we had checked out and I had to go back to the room when I realized I had left something behind. The cookies at check in are a nice touch as is the option to do mobile check in. Although that needs be more visible. We had added on breakfast to our stay which we wouldn’t do again. It was below what we thought the standards of this hotel should be. Our first breakfast - items where cold and the quality just wasn’t there. We’ve had better breakfast included at lower end hotels. Our second breakfast was slightly better but not much. Do the price, I expect way better and more options. "

"Average hotel on the strip in Niagara. I was really unimpressed that there was a surprise « resort fee » charged when I arrived. This is not listed on the listing. Apparently it is for access to the amenities, which are only a pool and gym. This is not a resort, it is just a hotel and they are just normal hotel amenities. It’s basically a scam. Generally this platform is very good at tracking all the details of properties, but this is not the case here. Be prepared that the price you see here may not be the total price. When I raised this issue with the staff, and showed them that it was not on the listing or on my booking confirmation, they said there was nothing they could do and they would bring it to the manager, but then when I followed up, they had not escalated it. Seems like they aren’t interesting in rectifying it and continuing to run the scam. Disappointing for a Ramada. I would expect more from a hotel affiliated with a chain."

"I had previously booked a room at another hotel it was a very horrific experience so I was nervous and it was a very last minute decision to go to Howard Johnson Inn , however when I arrived all my anxiety vanished the front desk were very helpful and empathetic to my situation. The cleaning staff whipped up a room for me in no time and everyone was amazing! Great service, clean rooms, wifi and continental breakfast definitely recommend!"
