As a mayter of fact the whole staff was very professional. I would recommend Jamaica Palace Hotel anytime. Did not like how long the ride was from Kingston but i will definitely go back next year."

From the warm and friendly check in where they provided fresh beetroot, pine and ginger juice, the grounds tour where we learned a lot about the property and Africana House, to the exceptional cleanliness of our huts and the grounds, and lastly the amazing food! We chose to have all of our meals at the resort instead of venturing out to the jerk stalls because the food was just that delicious. What really makes Great Huts shine is the staff! They truly put extra love into everything they do and it really shows. We all felt right at home and like part of the Great Huts family! We will definitely be back and stay longer next time. "
