Delightful stay

Very peaceful and comfortable stay. The food was delicious the hot tub was lovely and the staff were very hospitable. We would stay again but would stay longer next time.

Great hotel, amazing location!

Breathtaking location, room was clean and nice, breakfast was delicious, we could even try some regional specialties. I would definitely visit again and recommend to anyone who is looking for a good, not too expensive place to stay not far from Zakopane.

The hotel is very lovely with a spectacular view. Our room was clean and comfortable. We loved having a drink either on the balcony or in the backyard of the property and marveling at the mountain views. The staff was professional and very friendly.

Nice and friendly

Hotel with a nice view on mountains and lots of open space . Staff was very helpfull and let us check out later than planned. Definitely can recommend that for a stay if you have a car.

Awesome view and excellent desk staff

The desk staff is excellent. They helped me in everything I asked. The view from The restaurant is awesome. If you have a car or take a transfer from the airport, It’s a great place to rest. The bath tub is big, good temperature and a facing the mountains. The bathroom is big enough to fit a bath. It would be great to have one.

When check out time came, my baby was still taking a nap. So I requested 30 minutes delayed, she accepted my excuse. And she asked me how was your baby’s nap. A little kindness made me happy and glad. She said come to Poland again, as if I could come to Zakopane I would like to stay this hotel thanks to her.

Great place to stay and enjoy beautiful mountains

Great little hotel with good spacy rooms, kept clean and tidy. Stunning views from room balcony on mountains panorama. Tasty and fresh breakfast served every morning. Sauna and jacuzzi available to all guests. Unfortunetly, hotel staff need to learn good manners after making silly and unnecessary comments behind my backs. Reception was unable to solve minor problem breakfast related, even after admitting fault on their side during booking. Shame other wise that would have been 5 out of 5. Thank you

Foi ok, o hotel é bonitinho, o quarto é bonitinho e o chuveiro bom, mas o atendimento deixou muito a desejar e a falta de informação também, eles tem apenas uma jacuzzi, e para hóspedes é gratuita somente das 11 às 19, ou seja, geralmente você não está no hotel até umas 18,19 ou mais porque é um destino com vários lugares pra visitar, mas o problema é que não tem essa informação aqui no site, e aí eu reclamei e ela disse que eu escolhi fazer a reserva com terceiros, independente, tinha que ter todas as informações do hotel aqui, já que eles colocaram o hotel para ser reservado como parceiro, enfim, de qualquer forma, fomos umas 15 pras 19 e tinham crianças na jacuzzi brincando, e a mulher da recepção, logo correu e falou que não poderíamos usar porque ela tinha agendamento às 19 para pessoas que iriam pagar, achei isso muito injusto pra quem escolhe pagar o hotel e se hospedar lá e o café da manhã era bom, só que parece que todo mundo que trabalha lá está de mau humor, não dão um sorriso, da até medo de perguntar algo, tem cardápio para pedir coisas da cozinha, mas ninguém da abertura pra pedir nada, trabalham com uma ma vontade que até pesa o ambiente, até desistimos de jantar no hotel por conta disso, e maioria não fala inglês, então dificulta um pouco mais a comunicação!

Fantastico

Foi uma estadia fantástica. A pousada é maravilhosa, limpeza impecável, arquitetura e interior encantadores. Nosso quarto e banheiro bastante espaçosos, cama confortável, e nossa vista da janela foi deslumbrante. Pousada extremamente familiar. Para quem quer descasar depois de um dia inteiro de passeio pela cidade ou simplesmente relaxar com tranquilidade, é o local ideal. Faltam palavras para descrever o quanto é maravilhosa.
