"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They are definitely one of the hotel's greatest assets. "Wonderful for a family vacation! Way Better than expected. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Water activities at the lake were amazing! Mahdi and his friend were great and took us over the lake and showed us Lugano with multiple spots. Will do it again next year hopefully."

"We arrived at 5 pm. Although check in was at 3 we still had to wait for our room to be ready.
The property was beautiful. There was a piano player outdoors in the evening that was fantastic. Location was great. Beds very comfortable.
Think the service could have been better at breakfast. Never received requested 2nd cup of coffee."

"Terrible service. For a 2,500 a night room. Everything should be perfect !!!! I can go on with the list but is endless. I can just say Terrible management and of course the general manager is not there on Sunday’s not even peak season sooo everything was a disaster."
