Laguna Hotel
we only stayed over one night. The food was adequate and cooked well three courses Breakfast was well presented with good choices very friendly Staff. The staff (Jamal) were friendly and welcoming. The hotel however is tired and requires a makeover and updating.

Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott Hotel
Good breakfast general staff (bar restaurant etc) excellent. However front desk inefficient & duty manager CALLUM was rude & dismissive . With that attitude he has no future in hotel management. Front desk were super efficient in taking unauthorised payments from credit cards but not so good in refunding!! ...
