"Cannot believe Baymount has a property like this, Not even up to Motel 6 expectations!!! Old, decrepit, moldy, AC loud and leaking water on sidewalks. Bathroom from the 70’s - tub is disgustingly old and dirty. No tissues, No drinking cups, and no coffee make in the room. I hand unplug the lamp to turn off the light. Refrigerator is unplugged, to use you have to get on hands and knees, climb under the table! Don’t waste money on rehabbing the facility - bulldoze the place and rebuild a new facility only nice thing to say the location is convenient."

"The room, itself, was clean, however, the entire facility is being renovated and there was no mention of that when I made the reservation. Otherwise I would not have selected this location. I've never been to a hotel that didn't have outlets on both sides of the bed, which was a big inconvenience. Thankfully, the guy at the front desk found a power strip and brought it up. I was told there was breakfast for purchase, but I didn't see anything worth buying, so we walked next door to Dunkin Donuts one morning and ventured out on other mornings. Parking was free and plentiful. When they complete the renovations the property will be nice, as it is on US 41, which is the heart of Ft Myers. It's 2 minutes from downtown and the river, and not too from Ft Myers Beach. US 41 also runs all the way to Naples, with plenty of shopping areas and restaurants. "

"Staff was Always Friendly, daily Breakfast was so good with an array to choose from, plenty of parking and rooms were clean!!! What more could you ask for! We will definitely be coming back!"

"The room was dirty had spider webs on the light had stains all over the walls there were German cockroaches coming from under the furniture all was noticed after being there for 30 min brought evidence of it to the front "

"I love the hotel. Our room was beautiful and the staff was great, but the bed is absolutely miserable. Hard as a rock and the sheets and mattress cover were not fitting properly. They seemed way too small for the mattress. It kept coming off in the middle of the night, I complained they told me they fixed it. The same thing happened the next night. It is very miserable sleeping on a bare mattress. They need to get better bedding. I will not stay at this hotel again because the beds are terrible."

"Everything about this place was excellent, except the check in process. We received several text messages/emails prior to our stay about how we would receive check in information 30 minutes prior to check in time but it never came and then we had to start making calls and finally got in after about an hour. There is a disconnect there that was confirmed by the individual who finally got us the instructions. That being said, the space was wonderful and had everything we needed including laundry/dishwasher soap which is the last thing you want to have to purchase on vacation. The pool was amazing and heated (as promised). We had the pool to ourselves daily because most folks living at the Landing are off working so it was quiet and serene. Honestly, the pool was like new. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and they even allowed us a late checkout. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!"
