"Breakfast was excellent! Rooms are adequate and while the hotel itself may be a bit outdated, it was clean and staff was outstanding. While they could not pick us up at the airport because they where uderstaffed that Sunday evening, they told us to take a taxi and that we would get reimbursed. Sure enough, as we drove up, they rushed out and took care of the cab fare!"

"The staff were most helpful when my cell phone died. They referred us to repair shop a few blocks away .. successful recovery w/ new battery. Also when I needed a paper copy of an electronic visa for a later country visit .. no problem. Breakfast tasty each day. Room nicely proportioned and clean."

"El hotel es antiguo, pero está muy bien mantenido; lo mejor que tiene es la ubicación desde donde uno llega caminando a lugares turísticos como el Porto Antico y la Plazza Ferrari; el personal tuvo una atención "normal"; ni muy amable y tampoco desagradable, haciendo la salvedad con Antonio, quien nos recibió al llegar y nos dio todas las indicaciones necesarias y más. El desayuno muy bueno, el lugar amplio y la variedad justa; ni mucha ni poca. La habitación y cama bien amplias, como también el baño, sólo que con tanto espacio disponible el lugar de la ducha quizás podría ampliarse, ya que resulta extremadamente pequeño al cerrar el cubículo. Buena relación precio/calidad."
