"The breakfast was good. The coffee tasted very bitter. The room was a handicap accessible room. The made took the chair off on the bathtub and my mom could not take a shower for the lastnight. The front desk would not put the chair on. The front desk had a couple of people who were helpful. The majority of the staff had an attitude. Three different women who were very rude. Two of the four nights my mom could not take a shower. They switched the room and made us wait until almost 430pm the next day to get the other room. "

"Staff were very friendly, but our room was not clean when we got there, floor had a big stain on it, could tell it hadn’t been swept in a while either, bathroom shower had stains and hair in it and toilet was definitely not spotless, counters/bedside tables were sticky had stains and had dust on them. We asked for our room to be cleaned the next day and it was better but still wasn’t great, only had swept the immediate walkways and some of the countertops were still dirty. They also don’t have a blow dryer in the rooms and only have 3 in the entire hotel. Not an awesome experience I probably won’t be back. "

"All is good, Just printing you get 10 free pages then .50 cents per page. Next to seven eleven very convenient, there is food around hotel walking distance, but food after 10 PM is only drive-through."

"We absolutely LOVED our stay. The second we walked in the lobby we were greeted with kindness and check in was the fastest I’ve ever experienced. The breakfast buffet was amazing and great coffee as well. I am a housekeeper and I was very impressed with how clean everything was-and believe me I’m picky! The gym was nice, great machines, and very clean. Awesome location, you can walk across the street and you are at the outlets for shopping. Lots of places to eat and a very nice grocery store nearby. The only downfall was the pool and hot tub were always full of families when we wanted to use it. Oh well. Nice outdoor fireplace too. We are DEFINITELY going to stay here again though."
