"Of all the hotels stays we have experienced over the years this certainly ranked as one of, if not the worst, we have had. Recognizing that most of the hotels that we use in the area were full we decided to try this one. From the very beginning this was a bad choice. The front desk would not put the chair on. The front desk had a couple of people who were helpful. The majority of the staff had an attitude. Three different women who were very rude.
